Update on my professional activities, and more!: bfa '03. currently living in seattle after a stint in philadelphia. i traded my dancin' shoes for roller skates about two years ago, developed an alter ego named summer.assault, and have been playing roller derby across the country ever since. i attribute my fierce roller derby skills to my years at osu... all that time spent finding my "standing leg" and learning how to become one with the floor. before moving to seattle, i was able to meet some amazing space-creators, make little dances in strange places, work for 18 months as a bike messenger, and acquire a masters in psychology. aiming to begin my doctorate in fall '09. currently involved in research through the university of washington and working at a homeless women's shelter... where i've been known to bust a move in the hallways. if you come to seattle, find me.
