It went well! Thanks for the advise. I am going to go back to shoes without heels for learning. I took a class from Nancy Newell who has been tapping for decades and has her own studio and it was nice but I got to go back and start from the beginning.

Jenai - I need some professional tap lessons. I am finally tapping and this time in heels and it feels strange. We are doing a number to The Manhattan Transfer and it is very cute and sassy - not exactly what I imagined myself doing but eh...I aim to please.
